Michael J. Bolduc
About
Michael is an attorney and a partner at the law firm of Wyskiel, Boc, Tillinghast & Bolduc, P.A. His practice focuses on trusts and estates, as well as business entity formation, governance, and transactions. He received his B.A. in economics from Boston College and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law.
Michael has been an active member in the local community for many years, currently serving as a trustee of Wentworth Douglass Hospital, a Corporate Member of Partners Healthcare System, a member of the First Seacoast Bank Board of Directors, a member of the Rotary Club of Dover, and a member of the NH Charitable Foundation’s Piscataqua Region Advisory Board. He has also served as a past Chair of the Board for the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, past Vice-Chair of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, former Board Member of Homemaker Health Services of Strafford County, former Board Member and Board President of the Monarch School, and lecturer at the University of New Hampshire. His community involvement affords him extensive insight into our local community, and his legal expertise offers a unique perspective to the boards upon which he serves.
